Do I have to pay for the users I add to my Business Account?

No, JioSign Business Accounts have no limit on the number of users, and you can add new users to your account without incurring any user-based additional charges. Read more about JioSign pricing.

What payment methods do you accept?

We strive to offer variety of convenient payment methods including UPI, Net Banking, credit/debit cards and popular mobile wallets.

Can I get a refund if I don’t use all my credits?

We don’t offer refunds on purchased credits. JioSign credits validity of 365 days from the day of purchase and you have one full year to use the credits.

How do I check my remaining credits?

You can find Credits and Billing page from JioSign profile menu. Here you can get an overview of your Document and Aadhaar eSign credits – used, blocked and remaining – and get a detaild usage report.
