1. Is there any other way to access JioSign than logging into the website?
Yes, we are developing multiple integrations to make it convenient to sign documents and get notified wherever you wish. At the moment we have introduced JioSign Google Chrome extension and are in the process of continuously adding more integrations.
2. How do I install the JioSign Chrome Extension?
Follow these steps:
- Go to the Chrome Web Store and search for “JioSign”.
- Click on “Add to Chrome” to install the extension.
- Click “Add Extension” in the confirmation dialog.
3. How do I set up the JioSign Chrome Extension?
Follow these steps:
- Click on the JioSign icon in the Chrome toolbar to open the extension.
- Log in with your JioSign credentials.
- Switch on Google Chrome and device notifications to receive updates about your document signing process.
4. What should I do if the extension is not working?
Ensure the extension is installed, updated to the latest version and enabled. Try restarting your browser and check your internet connections. If the issue persists, please share the issue details through JioSign feedback form.
5. What should I do if I am unable to upload a document?
Make sure you are logged in and the document being uploaded is a PDF document.
6. Why am I not receiving Chrome notifications?
Ensure that both notifications for the Google Chrome application and system notifications for your device are enabled.
